Heavy Lift

Our Engineers possess the expert skills and knowledge required to manoeuvre, position, extract and relocate loads in a variety of environments, including those with restricted accessibility.

Undertaking all heavy lifting responsibilities our in-house Appointed Persons, Slingers, Banksmen and Crane Lift Supervisors, operating under Contract Lift Conditions, provide bespoke heavy lift services directly tailored to our client’s requirements.

Coupled with this, our Team provide all the necessary surveys, engineering drawings, lift plans, method statements and risk assessments to ensure a safe operation at all times.

BS8888:2017 Standards

Where crane hire is not a suitable option, we operate a hydraulic lifting gantry system, or, if moving and positioning in restricted areas, our hydraulic jacking & skidding systems and self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) provide the ideal solution.

Our in-house qualified Mechanical Engineers are able to propose and produce engineering drawings, including geometrical tolerancing to BS8888:2017 standards.

Our Engineering Teams work under CDM2015 regulations to BS5975:2018 standards for temporary works. We also follow EN:1990, EN:1991, EN:1992 and EN:1993 and the British National Annex for the design of any bespoke solutions.
