Collett Extend Partnership with Bradford City AFC and Club Manager Graham Alexander
We are proud to announce that we have extended our sponsorship agreement with Bradford City AFC.
Collett have signed a new three-year deal that takes our long-standing relationship with the club to the next level. As part of this agreement, we will continue as the official sponsor for club manager Graham Alexander for another season. Graham led the Bantams to promotion last season and we are proud to support him and the team as they move into League One.
Our partnership with Bradford City AFC began in 2021 and has strengthened year after year. This new deal reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the club both on and off the pitch. We are delighted to announce that Collett is now an Official Club Partner.
To mark the renewed sponsorship, Graham visited our head office in Halifax. He was welcomed by our Managing Director David Collett, Director Sam Collett and Sales Director Mick Harland. On his last visit, Graham had the chance to drive one of our 8X4 heavy tractor units. This year, we organised another surprise. We presented him with a flag showing him riding a Bantam into battle. The flag was raised by one of our crane vehicles, which Graham operated himself from start to finish, turning the crane and extending the boom to its near maximum length.
Mick Harland, our Sales Director, commented on the continued partnership:
“As a company, we are really pleased and proud to have committed to the improved and extended sponsorship deal, becoming an Official Club Partner for the next three seasons and sponsoring the ‘Gaffer’, Graham Alexander. Firstly, we would like to thank Graham, the playing staff and all the off-field members of the team for last season’s tremendous effort and those unforgettable last game memories, with a special mention for Davide and Shacks.
We would like to wish everyone associated with the club all the very best for the upcoming season. As stated at the start of last season, there is a real positive vibe around the club and we’re again quietly confident that the entire team at Bradford City can go again and achieve another promotion, for the club and especially for the fantastic, loyal fanbase.”
Bradford City AFC’s chief commercial officer, Davide Longo, added:
“The commitment by Collett over the years has been phenomenal and following the success of last season, they have backed the club by agreeing to a further three years.
The decision to start sponsoring our men’s first-team manager has now extended into Collett receiving more commercial assets, as we continue to grow the partnership.
I would like to thank Mick Harland, Dave Collett and their fantastic team for their continued support and look forward to working together over the next three years.”
We look forward to a successful season ahead, supporting Graham Alexander and everyone at Bradford City AFC as they compete in League One. Together, we aim to build on last season’s achievements, reach new milestones and create memorable moments both on and off the pitch.
